With only a few spare minutes a day, you can get active and start fitting short exercises into your schedule. Choose between four workout modes:

As you progress in your health journey, unlock fun items to decorate your virtual house and dress your Fitbuddy. Keep it stylish, keep it cute: you choose!

Pick a Fitbuddy to follow you on every session and help them stay active too. Do you prefer the sweet Monroe the dog or the smug and sly Ollie the cat?

Team up with friends or find other Fitment players on our Discord server and share your journey with others to boost motivation.

Exercise should be fun and tracking progress with others can increase or ease the challenge: you choose how to approach it!
